Recipes, rituals and the science of calm energy.

How to whisk it, when to drink it, what it does to your cortisol, and why the caffeine feels nothing like coffee.

Recipes

Four ways to doze.

Ingredients, steps and a short video for each. Every recipe is built around a welldoze pouch, so the ratios always work.

The ritual

Three minutes that set the tone of the day.

Matcha is a ritual before it is a drink. The sifting, the whisking, the pause before the first sip, that is the part your nervous system remembers.

Morning, on an awake stomach07:30

Morning, on an awake stomach

Wait 60 to 90 minutes after waking. Your cortisol peaks naturally first, so the caffeine lands on a calm baseline instead of stacking on top of it.

Mid-morning focus block11:00

Mid-morning focus block

L-theanine plus caffeine is the deep-work window. One bowl, phone away, then work for 90 minutes before the second cup.

Afternoon reset, not a rescue16:00

Afternoon reset, not a rescue

Swap the 4pm espresso for a half dose. Enough lift to finish the day, early enough to leave your sleep alone.

Low cortisol energy

A calmer way to wake up.

Coffee stacks on the energy your body already made in the first hour. Matcha releases slowly, so the morning stays calm and focused.

Healthy caffeine

Matcha vs. Coffee

A bowl of ceremonial matcha delivers around 60–70 mg of caffeine, released slowly over hours. The result: energy without the crash.

Spike, then crash.

Coffee delivers caffeine raw and all at once the peak is sharp, the landing is not.

Lift, then plateau.

L-theanine slows the release, so the same caffeine arrives calm and stays for hours.
